Gresham Street Partners was incorporated in 1989 in Hong Kong under its original trading name, Coleridge Cole and Robertson (HK) Limited. Initially, the firm specialised in the provision of education planning costs, expatriate mortgage funds & facilitation of offshore trust services, specifically the provision of QNUPS and QROPS.
Gresham Street Partners was registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance and in the United Arab Emirates by the Department of Economic Development. The firm worked alongside established international providers including Concept Group, one of the leading QROPS providers in Guernsey; the more latterly the Sovereign Group, one of the largest offshore trustee groups with over 31 offices worldwide.
Gresham Street Partners has adopted and adheres to the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers QNUPS Code of Practice. This Code provides guidance on best practice in the establishment and operation of QROPS and QNUPS based in Guernsey.

Founder
Christopher Coleridge Cole
Christopher Coleridge Cole has over 50 years of international experience in the financial planning industry. His career includes 21 years in the Far East, six years in Dubai, followed by three years in Geneva.
He was a specialist adviser to expatriates worldwide in the field of transferring UK pensions into registered Guernsey trusts (QROPS). His expertise also extended to Business Continuity Planning, including Key Man protection, shareholder protection, Buy and Sell agreements, Corporate Governance and Risk Management advice.
Since returning to the UK, his primary focus has been the restructuring of property landlord investments, re-directing Buy-to-Let owners in transitioning from personal ownership into company ownership structures by seeking advice from top 20 UK tax planning firms of accountants.
This is a complicated marketplace and Christopher’s role is one of guidance and introduction to the specialist accountants who can put together a free of charge report on what the options are for trying to maximise tax-efficiency.
