About Us

GRESHAM STREET PARTNERS was incorporated in 1989 in Hong Kong under its original Trading name as Coleridge Cole and Robertson (HK) Limited. Initially we specialised in the facilitation of Offshore Trust Services for the specific provision of QNUPS and QROPS.

GRESHAM STREET PARTNERS is registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance and in the United Arab Emirates by the Department of Economic Development. We work with Concept Group, one of the leading QROPS providers in Guernsey, Sovereign Group who are one of the largest Offshore Trustee groups with over 31 Offices Worldwide, Peregrine Trustees, licensed in Guernsey since 1996 and Nedgroup Trust, the offshore fiduciary arm of Nedbank/Old Mutual Group.

GRESHAM STREET PARTNERS has adopted and adheres to the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers QNUPS Code of Practice. The Code has been prepared by the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers as a guide for members on Best Practice in the establishment and operation of QROPS and QNUPS based in Guernsey.

Christopher Coleridge Cole has over 43 years experience abroad in the financial planning industry, out of which 21 years were spent in the Far East then six years in Dubai followed by 3 years in Geneva.

He is a specialist adviser to expatriates all over the world in the very specialist field of transferring UK pensions out of Britain into registered trusts in Guernsey (QROPS), Business Continuity Planning – focusing on Key Man & Business continuity planning for Corporates; shareholder protection & Buy & Sell agreements; Corporate Governance & Risk Management advice.

His main focus since returning to UK has been the re-structuring of property landlords investments: Buy-to-Let owners moving out of personal ownership into company ownership together with Commercial landlords involving HMRC at the outset, thus receiving specific unique, bespoke, tax benefits.
